The open planned high vaulted living area comprises of a huge lounge, indoor dining and tv zone. Entering through double doors is a separate conservatory leading onto an enclosed courtyard providing a lovely canopied seating area.

The Hamptons style main kitchen is further enhanced by an additional separate Chef’s
kitchen and walk-in pantry.

The infinity pool and jacuzzi offer unparalleled views of the sea with a huge deck and balcony. Outdoor dining and a built-in seating area overlooking Galley Bay on the West side of the villa provides the perfect place for evening cocktails and dinner alfresco.

The principal bedroom is spacious with an adjacent tv zone, en-suite bathroom, walk-in robe and large terrace. Nearby are two bedrooms family style, generously sized with a separate shared bathroom as well as a shared lounge overlooking Deep Bay. Two further large high ceiling en-suite bedrooms with walk-in robes and balconies on the West side of the home offer equally wonderful views of Galley Bay.

**Deep Bay Wreck & Fort Barrington**

Deep Bay is an arched beach that’s great for a swim. It is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing day on the beach. If you are on a boat this is a perfect bay to throw your anchor as it is well protected from the rough seas.
This is also a great beach for snorkeling – a wreck lies in the middle of the bay, the Andes, a barque from Trinidad that sank nearly 100 years ago when its cargo of pitch caught fire. Its mast pokes out of the water at times and you can snorkel round it pretty easily.
You can take a short 10 minutes hike to Fort Barrington that sits on the northern end of the bay. The fort used to protect the southern approach into St. John’s. The fortifications that you see today date back to about 1779.
