Villa 221F is a beautiful, modern two-bedroom waterfront villa with an extended deck, having open views of the Marina entrance and surrounding hills and benefitting from the prevailing breeze. This villa has all the advantages of a prime South Finger location within the Jolly Harbour Marina, situated just a few minute’s walk from the gorgeous white sands and turquoise waters of South Beach.

The property is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped refurbished kitchen, including fridge/freezer, washing machine, large utility storage cupboard and half bathroom. The dining area has seating for 4 and a comfortable lounge area complete with a leather sofa and two matching leather chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player & WIFI Internet.

The living area leads you onto the extended patio terrace. There are modern tables and chairs for outdoor dining for four, 2 sun loungers, BBQ grill and an awning for shade if required from the morning sun.

There are beautiful open views overlooking the water and the surrounding hills. Here you can moor your boat on the ten-metre finger pier.

Upstairs are two light and airy bedrooms – the master being complete with a King Size bed and balcony overlooking the harbour and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have refurbished en-suite shower rooms.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned and is complete with ceiling fans upstairs and insect screens throughout. There is a pull-down ladder to access the attic which is boarded and equipped with lighting, making it an ideal secure storage area.

If your idea of a perfect holiday is lazing the day away on the beach, then take a visit to the beach located within a 5-minute walk from the villa. However, for the more active holiday maker there are many on site activities to undertake including Tennis, Swimming, 18 Hole golf course, Basketball, Squash, Gym, Cycling, Hiking and Running. Water sports activities on offer include Wind surfing, Water skiing, Sailing, Motor boating, Jet Skis etc.

The shopping centre on site offers a wide range of products and services. to suit every need including Pharmacist, Hair Salons, Art Shop, Car Hire, Golf Buggy Rental, gift shops and a modern supermarket stocking some Waitrose products

There is a lot on offer when deciding where to eat out as there are many restaurants situated in Jolly Harbour.

Antigua has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year, all of which are open to the public. There are many places of interest to visit in Antigua including Nelsons Dockyard, English Harbour, and Shirley Heights on a Sunday afternoon where there is a BBQ and Live local music. The unspoiled islands of Barbuda and Montserrat nearby can be visited on a day visit or there are tourist trips available if you want to stay longer.
