Citizenship by Investment

To qualify for citizenship, the primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements and select one of the following three investment options:

  • National Development Fund (NDF) – USD$100,000 donation to NDF for the primary applicant or a family of up to 4 persons and USD$125,000 for a family of 5 and over
  • Real Estate 
    • USD$200,000 investment in an approved property
    • USD$400,000 investment in an approved property with the option of two co-applicants investing USD$200,000 each
  • Business Investment – Investment of USD$1.5 million
