A metal railing escorts you up the wooden stairs to the two large bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has a modern, well designed en suite bathroom separated from the rest of the room by well placed glass tiles. Lying on the comfortable Queen sized bed, calming views of the marina can be enjoyed through the glass sliding doors which open out onto a balcony. The second bedroom has an elegant en suite bathroom and is furnished with two single beds.

The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. It is conveniently fitted with electric hurricane shutters throughout as well as window shades for blocking out any unwanted sunlight.

Low Season (May 15 – November 14) – US$1,650.00 per week

High Season (15 November – 14 May) – US$1,900.00 per week

Peak Season  (Christmas/New Years, Easter) – US$2,150.00 per week
