The Villa
Villa Sea Glass offers an exceptional balance of indoor and outdoor living. With 2,700 square feet of beautifully designed interiors and 2,200 square feet of terraced outdoor space, there’s plenty of room to relax and entertain. The villa features:

• Four Thoughtfully Appointed Bedrooms: Each with a contemporary ensuite bathroom, designed for comfort and style.
• Generous Open-Plan Living Area: Highlighted by three fully retractable sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect the indoors to expansive upper and lower terraces.
• Infinity Plunge Pool: Perfect for cooling off while enjoying the sweeping Caribbean views.
• Sun Loungers: Eight comfortable sunbeds where you can soak up the sun or unwind in the refreshing Caribbean air.

The villa’s main floor is wheelchair- and pushchair-accessible—an incredibly rare feature for a hillside villa—making it ideal for families or groups with diverse needs.

Villa Sea Glass is part of the exclusive Sugar Ridge Resort, a fully gated and secure community offering unparalleled privacy and tranquility. While the villa feels like a secluded paradise, it’s conveniently located just an 8-minute walk or a short drive from Jolly Harbour, where you’ll find:

• Dining and Nightlife: A variety of outstanding restaurants and bars.
• Shopping and Essentials: Grocery stores, pharmacies, banking services, and more.
• Beaches: Jolly Beach, Valley Church Beach, Coco Bay, and Darkwood Beach are just 5–8 minutes away by car.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private use of the villa and its beautifully landscaped grounds, including:

• Upper Deck and Lower Patio: With multiple seating and dining options, ideal for outdoor meals or sunset cocktails.
• Infinity Plunge Pool and Gazebo: Complete with swinging chairs for the ultimate relaxation experience.
• Private Parking: A lower driveway with two parking spaces and stair-free access at the back of the villa for ease and convenience.

While the villa offers so much that you may never want to leave, we highly recommend renting a car to fully explore all that Antigua has to offer. From nearby beaches to hidden gems around the island, a vehicle will give you the freedom to experience it all.

Rates

• High Season (January 7th to April 30th): US$8,400 per week
• Christmas Season (December 19th to January 6th): US$10,500 per week
• Low Season (May 1st to December 18th): US$7,000 per week
