The owners fell in love with the view and knew it was the perfect spot to build their dream vacation home. Not only does the villa’s position facing West on the elevated position provide spectacular 180 degree views (Stunning sunsets included!), but is also provides the house with wonderful cooling trade winds. Take in the vista and enjoy the Caribbean air while you lounge on one of the 8 comfortable sun beds or splash and cool down in the generous sized plunge pool. Villa Sea glass offers a very generous living space, and the main floor is wheelchair/pushchair accessible which is very rare for villas on the hill side.
You may never want to leave the villa, but if you want to explore Jolly Beach, Valley Church Beach, Coco Bay and Dark wood Beaches are only a 5-8 minute drive away. The villa boasts 2,700 square feet of indoor living space and 2,200 square feet of terraced outdoor living space. There are contemporary en-suite bathrooms in each of the four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms (sleeps 8) and the open-plan living area features three huge sliding glass doors that retract fully into the walls allowing for true indoor/outdoor living at its best. The wonderful location of Villa Sea glass in close proximity to Jolly Harbour offers many outstanding restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacy, banking, ice cream/coffee shops and much more on your door step.
Guests at Villa Sea glass are free to use the state of the art, fully equipped gym at Sugar Ridge Hotel and its beautiful, large pool. Sugar Ridge Hotel also offers an Aveda concept Spa and two excellent restaurants. Sugar Ridge is within close proximity to Jolly Beach, Valley Church Beach and Ffryes Beach – three of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua. The property is only a short walk from Jolly Harbour – a popular resort with the largest man made marina in the Caribbean offering excellent facilities including an 18-hole golf course, international supermarket, bank, beaches, spas, pharmacy, large swimming pool, tennis courts/ squash courts and many restaurants. The capital of Antigua, St. John, is only a 10 minute drive away and the airport is a 20 minute drive from the Villa.
